All pancakes? What about german pancakes? Crepes? Aebelskeevers?
Just the traditional ones. Crepes, German pancakes and Aebelskeevers are AOK. French toast, on the other hand, is also outlawed.
I understand the aversion to flapjacks but I'd like to talk further about the French Toast... 'cause not all FT is created equal. Maybe it's just your French Toast he doesn't like?
dude. I'm slightly offended. But, for the record, I have never made him french toast. So really, who knows, maybe my french toast is the only french toast in the world he absolutely loves. But, it appears we may just never know.
i have the same aversion to flapjacks. but German pancakes, Aebleskeevers and crepes are all a "go!" i think for me it's the generally heavy, doughy consistency. i dislike most doughnuts for the same reason, but i LOVE beignets.
